The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which took place on the April 20th 2011, approved to pay 120.0 M LTL of dividends to company shareholders, i.e. 25.6 Lithuanian cents per share.
Lietuvos Dujos AB has an active agreement with financial brokerage company Finasta regarding accounting of the securities issued by the Company, managing personal securities accounts as well as payment of dividends to the small shareholders of the Company as well as provision of related services. Shareholders of the Company who have not been paid their dividends should either submit their settlement account details to Finasta or to come to its office in person.
